Fundraiser and Drive in.

This weekend we participated in a fundraiser for the family of Nick Hagadorn, Ian's classmate who was killed this week when a drunk driver hit him on his bike. Ian sold popcorn, and made $84 towards the donation to Nick's family. Ian felt really good about being able to help, and Jeff and I were really proud of him. Rowan showed his support with a Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) red ribbon, and a yellow ribbon with Nick's initials.

On Saturday night we went to Cottage Grove to go to the Drive In. Ian brought Drew along and we saw the Pixar movie WALL-E. Drew and Ian hung out in the back of the blazer, and Jeff and I used the Lawn Chairs.

Rowan would love to eat these!

That's so funny! We were going to go to the drive-in on Saturday night, too, but decided against it at the last minute. Wouldn't that have been hilarious? Great minds think alike!

Drive In??? O LOVE drive ins! What a good mom you are to bring them. Did Ian stay up?

Ian is such a good boy helping in with the fundraiser. I'm sure it helped him with his friend passing.
